sunny side excellent food hard sunbeds talking staff
The hotel is on the sunny side of the island. I really appreciated the adult-only zones. The food selection was also excellent, especially the freshly cooked fish.
There was not enough umbrellas to go with the sunbeds. I found the sunbeds hard and uncomfortable. Staff seemed too busy talking to each other to serve guests.

the breakfast had perfect exotic fruits. i found many fresh juices there. i liked the live music in the evening. the hotel provided good entertainment.
the food was subpar. i thought this was surprising. there was rude and aggressive behaviour from a staff member. no action was taken after i filed a complaint

I TRULY liked how the room was equipped I found it super. The location had a great view and was pleasing. The personnel was also super friendly EVERYONE was super nice.
The service at reception was inefficient. It was not EASY to reserve dinner. I didn't like how the hotel is like Disneyland.

Relaxing Red Level Experience
tranquil section beautiful gardens polite staff diverse dining
The Red Level section offered a tranquil adults-only experience. The gardens and palm trees were kept in excellent condition. Every staff member was thoughtful and polite. I found multiple dining options including teppanyaki, a steak house, and italian cuisine.
I found it difficult to book reservations at some of the restaurants on the app.

The hotel offered a walkway along the coast, providing opportunities for scenic strolls. A nearby village had options for cheaper drinks and meals. The location has really good pool and garden areas for relaxation.

Really good Hotel Experience
varied buffet multiple pools central plaza easy access
The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. The hotel has multiple pools. The infinity pool was especially nice. The large hotel included a central plaza. It was easy to navigate. The hotel provided easy access to a large parking area, and this helped a lot since I had a rental car.

The room was very spacious and clean. It came well-equipped. The blackout curtains and double glazing were helpful. They made it easier to sleep. I found the amenities to be quite good.

The buffet provided a wide array of choices, and the food quality was high. I especially liked the Mexican restaurant for lunch. The food and atmosphere were great. The restaurants offered good variety.
